In the event of late arrival, the treatment time may be adjusted in order to respect the following appointments. Delays of more than 15 minutes may result in the session being rescheduled.

Cancellations or modifications must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. In the event of a late cancellation or absence, the session may be charged.
